CGA Sixth Form

Clapton Girls' Academy is an all girls' school and sixth form based in Hackney.  We have a long history of providing outstanding education to the women of Hackney for over 100 years.  Our results are among the best in the borough and our graduates go on to achieve highly and secure places at top universities.  Our nurturing and supportive ethos allows our students the freedom to express themselves and flourish in confidence.  Our aim is to inspire and empower the future female leaders of tomorrow.

Our Sixth Form Design & Technolog 🎤✨ Clapton’s Got Talent is Almost Here! ✨🎤 Grab your tickets now for an unforgettable night of amazing performances! 🎟️ Tickets are just £5 (maximum of 3 per household) – but they’re limited, so don’t miss out! ✅ Av Our Year 10 textile students had an inspiring day at the Victoria & Albert Upstart event! 🎨✨ From a Gymshark talk (and freebies!) to insights from an Oscar-nominated costume designer, a Vogue journalist, and the founder of Afrosocks, the student Our Year 10 & 12 students had an incredible visit to St Bartholomew’s Hospital for a Healthcare Careers event! 🏥 From inspiring talks with doctors and nurses to behind-the-scenes hospital tours, simulations, and a pathology museum visit &m 🐾 A paws-itively wonderful day for our Sixth Form students! 🐾 We were thrilled to welcome @RoyalVetCollege to our academy — and they didn’t come alone! Students met the adorable furry friend, Cricket, and got a hands-on insight into li At Clapton Girls’ Academy, we’re working with an independent project called We Belong. We Belong is funded by Safaplace The programme was founded and will be facilitated by Tim Linehan, writer and inclusive schools advocate, and Sarah Joh Our Sixth Form Art & Photography students had an incredible trip to Linklaters! 🎨📸 They explored the firm’s private art collection and learned how professional spaces select and display artwork.
